WHAT IS A NXS GOLF® VIRTUAL GOLF CLUB?

1. HOW DOES THE NXS Golf® PROGRAM WORK? Although launched in summer of 2008, NXS Golf® was first conceived in 1998 as a golf promotion and marketing club for golfers. With the utilization and growth of internet affiliate programs, we focused on providing an online niche for golfers, golf related merchants and service providers also. Through extensive research and evaluation we have selected the best companies in golf retail, travel and golf related services to promote through our websites. When you enroll in NXS Golf® you are issued an official replicated website and become a member of our national golf club. You may then join or establish a local club or league. Our affiliate merchants’ banner links are strategically placed throughout the site to maximize exposure. You direct traffic from your website to an affiliate merchant site through the supplied links. You earn commissions from NXS Golf® Travel packages and residual income from membership sales by sponsoring new members or developing leagues.

2. HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID? Commissions on NXS Golf® memberships are paid on seven sales levels. For commission scale see opportunity page. Commissions are issued on the 15th of each month and will be applied to a pay partners cash/debit card. NXS Golf® Travel commissions are paid monthly by check. Due to course conditions and possible cancellations, commissions are issued 60 days following travel.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY COMMISSIONS? You can track your NXS Golf® membership sales totals and unpaid commissions by logging in to the back office of your website.

4. ARE THERE SALES PERFORMANCE QUOTAS? You qualify for commissions upon enrollment and they accumulate from enrollment date. You must only generate $25 in monthly income to start receiving commission payments.

5. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF MEMBERSHIP? You are a member of a national networking and golf club. You may join or establish a local league or USGA type 3 virtual club. You can develop and maintain a recreational and USGA handicap through your club. You can manage and improve your game through statistics, reports, analysis and online instruction. Members can communicate, plan golf trips and outings and compete with other NXS Golf® clubs and leagues in other areas. You can also access great buys from our affiliate retailers. All of these features and more are accessible through your member replicated website available to you anytime and anywhere you have online access.

6. ARE THERE OTHER ADVANTAGES?Yes, you are also an Independent Marketing Representative with a home based online golf marketing business. Establishing a successful online business requires thousands of dollars in capital investment in market research, business legalities, and website development. We have already made the investment and developed the tools. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES FOR AFFILIATE MERCHANTS?Simple, they get more quality affiliate websites, more target traffic directed through their websites, more potential customers, resulting in more sales. Our sites are custom fit for golfers so the traffic we generate is from their target demographic, golfers searching for the best products and services available online. Essentially, we are providing them with an aggressive sales force with virtually no investment for them. Your business is always open. 8. WHAT MAKES MY REPLICATED WEBSITE UNIQUE? You! Although you are unable to change the content of your website, you make it unique from other NXS Golf® replicated member sites by choosing the URL (address) tag. 9. ARE THERE GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS? Our affiliate merchants conduct online business virtually worldwide. NXS Golf® membership sales are currently limited to the United States and U.S. territories. Members have no territorial sales restrictions (see Policies and Procedures). We plan to officially expand into Australia and the UK in 2009.

10. HOW DO I SELL AND ENROLL MEMBERSHIPS? Just send prospective members and buyers to your replicated website. They can shop, book tee times, make purchases, and join online through your website. Or simply recruit new members into your clubs or leagues. Remember, you can sponsor members and develop leagues anywhere in the United States. Your website tracks the members you sponsor automatically.

11. HOW DO I JOIN? Click on Join Now, read the Membership - Independent Marketing Representative Policies and Procedures Agreement. Next complete and submit the agreement. Once the information is properly submitted, you will be issued a membership I.D. number and your replicated website.

12. WHAT IS A NXS GOLF® VIRTUAL GOLF CLUB? A virtual golf club operates similar to a country club but is classified as a non-real estate club. In other words the members post rounds and activities via the internet through their NXS Golf Stats website. The virtual club has a USGA certified chairman, committee and by-laws. There must be a minimum of 10 members to establish a club with no maximum limitations. Members are required to live within a 50 mile radius of the club address. NXS Golf® Stats offers members the tools to maintain a certified USGA club which can distribute a USGA handicap index to its membership. We also assist in the formation and registration. All expenses are included as a member of NXS Golf®. A league is similar to a club but has a coordinator to manage activities and may have non-local members. Only recreational handicaps may be established in a league. Members may join multiple leagues but, may only join or establish one Type 3 USGA club in their area. The membership utilizes local courses for club play and tournaments. Clubs and leagues may compete utilizing our adopted scoring format which is available in the back office of the member’s replicated websites.
